Patient Assistance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Patient Assistance Specialist to join our team at Recruit Monitor.
About the Role:
This full-time position involves working 35-40 hours per week with flexible scheduling to accommodate varying shifts during business hours. The ideal candidate will undergo comprehensive training to develop strong research skills, proficiency in navigating multiple databases, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding prescription benefits, formulary, costs, and order status.
- Provide education and guidance on prescription perks, usage planning, and condition of purchases.
- Verify patient information and document details in computer systems.
- Resolve issues by communicating with customers, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate records and perform tasks efficiently.
What We Offer:

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service experience, including phone-based support
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
- Ability to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends

- Client service knowledge
- Experience working in Adult Learning environments
