Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of patients' needs, developing comprehensive treatment plans, and working closely with patients to ensure optimal outcomes. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs, including anatomical and physiological evaluations
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs
  • Collaborate with patients to ensure optimal outcomes and provide ongoing support throughout the treatment process
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in orthotics and prosthetics, and maintain current knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Current certification by the American Board of Certifications (ABC) as a Certified Fitter of Orthotics or Certified Pedorthist preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to completion
