About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Multicraft Maintenance Technician to join our team in Houston, TX. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing advanced equipment and facilities, ensuring operational efficiency and contributing to company success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with supervisors to minimize production disruptions and execute directives effectively.
  • Conduct comprehensive inspections of plant equipment to strategize effective repair approaches that prioritize efficiency and safety.
  • Perform mechanical tasks such as dismantling, cleaning, repairing, assembling, aligning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; completion of a 2-year associate degree program is preferred.
  • Vocational training in mathematics, geometry, blueprint reading, mechanical drawing, metalworking, drafting, and safety practices.
  • Prior experience in industrial maintenance is advantageous, but not required.
