We are seeking skilled Administrative Professionals who can leverage their organizational and management expertise in a dynamic social services environment.

RHA Behavioral Health is on the lookout for meticulous operations leaders who possess a strong drive and the capability to juggle multiple tasks. As an Office Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all administrative, financial, service user-related, and procurement activities, ensuring they are executed efficiently, accurately, and promptly, in alignment with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Regional Business Manager and Director in evaluating the unit's financial outcomes by creating, processing, and interpreting performance reports.
  • Oversee and mentor staff engaged in administrative tasks, copays, insurance verifications, and more.
  • Coordinate data management and reporting, as well as handle time-off requests for team members.
  • Support service authorizations.
  • Manage administrative operations effectively.
  • Balance various responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment, ensuring operational objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in accounting is advantageous.
  • Valid Driver's license and automotive insurance are necessary.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Pre-employment Requirements:
  • Completion of a criminal background check.
  • Screening in various registries (OIG Exclusions Database, Child Abuse Registry, and Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities).
  • Drug testing.
  • Verification of education and other credentials as per job requirements.
  • Proof of employment history or references if necessary.
  • Verification of driver's license, driver's insurance, and vehicle if transportation is part of the role.
