**About the Role**

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team at Big Bend Hospice. As a Hospice LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care in our inpatient unit, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care to our patients and their families.

**Responsibilities**

* Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Educate patients and families on disease management, symptom control, and end-of-life care
* Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop care plans

**Requirements**

* Active Florida LPN license
* Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in hospice, home health, or long-term care
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
