Marion General Hospital is seeking a skilled and dedicated Critical Care RN to join our team. As a Critical Care RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient's vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and hospital operations.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
- ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, EFM, and Tech Cert Verification certifications.
- Ability to work night shifts, including 6pm-6:30am.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
