Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery to join our team at Focus Staff. As a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with medical staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Job Description:
  • Provide clinical supervision for entry-level nurses and assist in their development.
  • Assess, implement, and evaluate total nursing care and functions in accordance with established philosophy.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate the nursing plan of care.
  • Manage both emotional and physical patients.
  • Assess patient and family level of understanding to provide effective communication and education.
  • Work collaboratively with medical staff to provide quality care in a compassionate and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Labor & Delivery RN (Certified Labor & Delivery RN).
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Exhibits major team player qualities.
  • Willingness to assist others when needed.
  • Maintain a positive attitude toward work and others.
Responsibilities:
  • Sing clinical reasoning.
  • Developing, implementing, and evaluating the nursing plan of care.
  • Managing both emotional and physical patients.
  • Assessing patient and family level of understanding to provide effective communication and education.
  • Working collaboratively with medical staff.
  • Providing quality care in a compassionate and professional manner.
