Nurse Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Innovative Renal Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to patients suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered care, improving the quality of life of every patient.
- Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patients' conditions and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes and reduce healthcare costs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in renal care and share knowledge with colleagues.
Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
- Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
- Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
- Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required.
