Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant team and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of Restaurant Managers and Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase sales.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and overhead expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations to develop and implement business plans and strategies.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
  • Identify and address any operational issues or concerns, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
  • 4-year college degree in a related field, such as hospitality or business administration.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly and effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
