We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Architect to join our dynamic team at PGIM. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction of our technology strategy and ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Provide thought leadership and guidance on enterprise architecture, cloud strategy, and technology innovation.
- Architecture Development: Develop and maintain a comprehensive enterprise architecture framework, including cloud, data, and security architectures.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technology teams, and architecture domains, to ensure alignment and effective communication of architecture strategies and plans.
- Technology Innovation: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends, and develop strategies for their adoption and integration into our enterprise architecture.
- Change Management: Lead and facilitate change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and architectures.
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of cloud computing, data architecture, security, and enterprise architecture.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technology teams, and architecture domains.
- Communication and Influencing: Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, including financial services and asset management.
- Cloud and Architecture Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in cloud and architecture, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale, transformational technology initiatives.
- Competitive Compensation: Salary range: $220,000 - $255,000.
