Behavior Intervention Specialist

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students with their behavior intervention plans in a collaborative school setting.
This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact and work closely with teachers, parents, and other staff to ensure student success.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement behavior intervention plans for students
- Collaborate with educational professionals to develop effective behavioral strategies
- Analyze data on student behavior and progress to inform interventions
- Provide direct support to students in individual and group settings
- Work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Active RBT certification
- Prior experience working with students or children is a plus
This role offers a competitive salary range estimated between $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
