Job Overview

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students with their behavior intervention plans in a collaborative school setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavior intervention plans for students
  • Collaborate with educational professionals to develop effective behavioral strategies
  • Analyze data on student behavior and progress to inform interventions
  • Provide direct support to students in individual and group settings
  • Work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Requirements:
  • Active RBT certification
  • Prior experience working with students or children is a plus

This role offers a competitive salary range estimated between $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
