We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Services Program Coordinator at Ambercare. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients in achieving their independence and empowerment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, interview, hire, train, supervise, and (if needed) dismiss personal assistants to support our clients.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their individual needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Manage and distribute paychecks to personal assistants on a weekly basis.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services and high-quality care.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid programs and consumer-directed care.
