We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Engineering Manager to lead our client engineering team in developing and maintaining the foundation of our client platforms, including Windows, Mac, and mobile clients.

About the Job

This role will be responsible for managing the delivery of all enterprise end-user capabilities while ensuring both device and software operate in alignment with IT needs and standards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS) and endpoint management solutions, as well as experience in managing teams responsible for Microsoft 365, Unified Communications, Collaboration Services, and End User Compute Engineering.

  • Manage the delivery of all enterprise end-user capabilities while ensuring both device and software operate in alignment with IT needs and standards.
  • Plan and execute on enterprise endpoint projects, including but not limited to the rollout of new enhancements, major system upgrades, consolidation of endpoint tool stack as well as 'end of life' transitions.
  • Oversee the implementation of security measures to protect end-user devices and data, including encryption, access controls, and antivirus solutions.
