Programme Engineering Director

In this role, you will be key personnel responsible for supporting the integration and implementation of end-to-end solutions into the enterprise. You will participate in the requirements process as directed by the Government.
Key Responsibilities- Analyzes user's requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
- Analyzes system requirements and provides support to design and development activities.
- Guides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies.
- Provides technical guidance and support for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
- Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and associated problems, issues or conflicts.
- Sixteen (16) or more years' experience with technical or programmatic integration roles.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Demonstrated experience with technical project management.
- Experience providing recommendations to address issues and shortfalls in security, vulnerability, confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
- Experience providing systems engineering support to evaluate utility and demand for capabilities, systems, and services and suggest modifications.
- Demonstrated experience executing and managing end-use requirements gathering and curation activities for Information Technology (IT) systems and services.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present results to senior leaders.
- Experience supporting the federal government or DoD.
