Job OpportunityAbout the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate with excellent communication skills to join our team. As a Bilingual Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting services and products to customers in a retail store environment. Your primary focus will be on engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Sell products and services to customers in a retail store environment
* Maintain professional interaction with customers and fellow employees
* Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis
* Welcome customers and offer assistance
* Direct customers to displays and assess their needs
* Advise customers on products and services
* Help customers make selections by building confidence
* Accurately document and report sales
* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience
* Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
* Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
* Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
* Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
* Fluent in both English and Spanish (must be able to read, write, and speak Spanish)
