We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our practice in Bronx, New York. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our medical providers and staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient exams and evaluations, including physical exams and review of medical history and records
  • Order and review diagnostic testing, labs, and bloodwork
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including patient education and lifestyle modifications
  • Treat acute and chronic conditions, and document patient care in a timely and accurate manner
  • Collaborate with our medical team to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
  • Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in New York
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
