We are on the lookout for a dedicated Real Estate Marketing Coordinator who possesses a genuine passion for assisting clients, takes pride in delivering exceptional quality, and has the capability to juggle multiple tasks while resolving challenges effectively.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire listing process, which includes:

  • Collaborating with sellers to collect essential information and documentation for new listings.
  • Coordinating and supervising professional photography, videography, and staging of properties.
  • Crafting and reviewing property descriptions to ensure they are both accurate and appealing.
  • Creating and managing listings on MLS and various real estate platforms.
  • Formulating and executing marketing strategies for each listing, encompassing digital and print advertising, as well as social media initiatives.
  • Designing and producing high-quality marketing materials, including brochures and virtual tours.
  • Maintaining precise and organized records of all listings and related transactions.
  • Addressing inquiries from potential buyers and agents, providing comprehensive information about properties.
  • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in real estate listing management, administrative support, or a comparable role.
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market and luxury properties.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in real estate listing platforms (e.g., MLS) and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • A real estate license is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly
