Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, building relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate sales leads through door-to-door sales, mailings, and telephone calls
  • Build long-term relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of our pest control services to customers
  • Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure our technicians have all the information they need to provide excellent service
  • Work independently and think on your feet to resolve customer issues and concerns
