We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to spearhead our AI and ML platform operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure, machine learning, and software engineering.

The Machine Learning Operations Lead will be responsible for setting the roadmap and overseeing the day-to-day management of our AI and ML platforms. This includes setting strategies, managing container orchestration, and ensuring low latency and high availability of cloud resources.

The successful candidate will maintain a deep understanding of the technical aspects of the platform, including infrastructure, algorithms, APIs, and integrations. They will provide operations leadership to the engineering and production teams and implement robust processes to monitor platform performance and adherence to service level agreements.

Responsibilities:

  • Set the roadmap and oversee day-to-day management of AI and ML platforms
  • Maintain deep understanding of technical aspects of the platform
  • Implement robust processes to monitor platform performance and adherence to SLAs
  • Provide operations leadership to engineering and production teams
  • Work closely with executive leadership to develop long-term vision for platform operations enhancements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 9 years of experience in managing platform, infrastructure operations or Site Reliability Engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience with public cloud technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in managing large-scale, high-performance, distributed systems
  • Experience with container orchestration, Kubernetes, and cloud resource provisioning
  • Strong understanding of machine learning lifecycle, including model building, training, and serving
