Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Director of the Women's and Gender Resource Center and the Office of Diversity and Inclusion.

  • Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other records as needed.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
  • Provide general administrative support to the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and performing other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a higher education setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position with a regular schedule. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment and may be required to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
