Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated full-time Industrial Engineer 1 to join our team. In this position, you will be tasked with conducting fundamental statistical evaluations to assess departmental requirements and/or product/process effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Examine and evaluate workflows, document current process maps, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Establish and document time study components.
  • Conduct basic statistical assessments and cost evaluations.
  • Identify and rectify defects of a basic nature utilizing appropriate engineering methodologies and tools.
  • Implement basic standards and protocols to execute tasks systematically using relevant engineering tools for documentation and implementation.
  • May take charge of planning personal technical assignments.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related engineering discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong academic performance (cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher).
  • Proven ability to apply industry standards and practices to create, execute, and document operational processes.
  • Willingness to learn and apply engineering tools effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform basic troubleshooting and debugging tasks.
  • Understanding of lean methodologies and tools.

  • Exceptional academic performance (cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher).
