Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at HRI Hospital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our hospital, ensuring the effective management of our resources, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to achieve business objectives
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance
    • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective delivery of financial services
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members
  • Strategic Partnerships and Collaboration
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, vendors, and partners
    • Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial leadership role in a healthcare setting
    • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or healthcare management
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with the ability to develop and implement financial plans and strategies
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of financial professionals
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
