Position Summary: Oversee the daily schedules of Service Technicians and assign technicians as service requests are fulfilled. Assist in managing incoming customer inquiries and generating dispatch tickets as service requests are received. Handle service invoices, timecards, and warranty parts returns. Keep the customer database updated with accurate information.

  • Intermediate to Advanced Computer Proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the service area or map navigation skills
  • Experience in dispatching is a considerable advantage
