Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the resolution of technical, safety, and airworthiness challenges across various teams, including customers and other Boeing divisions.

  • Collaborate closely with project managers and technical personnel on initiatives from proposal through execution.
  • Provide leadership in business and integration for the formulation and implementation of project or team strategies, operating with minimal oversight.
  • Identify and communicate technical risks effectively.

  • Establish plans for risk mitigation and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations and secure necessary export licenses for international suppliers.
  • Deliver products and services that adhere to the highest quality standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies, emphasizing first-time quality.

Work Environment:

This position is required to be performed onsite. Candidates must be eligible to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, which necessitates U.S. Citizenship.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in aerospace project or engineering roles.
  • At least 10 years of experience engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with avionics systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in avionics, specifically in Guidance Navigation and Flight Control Systems.
  • Experience with sustainment programs in military or commercial aviation.
  • Familiarity with program and project management requirements.
  • Strong communication skills demonstrated through cross-team collaboration to address customer concerns.
  • Prior military service is advantageous.

Typical Education/Experience:

Education and experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited institution in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry, along with 9 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Shift Information: This position is designated for 1st shift.
