Job Summary

The ReStore Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for retail customers and maintaining the sales floor to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience. This role partners with team members in a fast-paced environment to expedite merchandise for sale and display on the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and respectful attitude
  • Partner with team members to maintain the sales floor and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience
  • Expedite merchandise for sale and display on the sales floor
  • Take the initiative to keep the ReStore presentable and easy to shop
  • Provide operational support to ReStore management team

Requirements:

  • Previous retail sales experience
  • Able to provide exceptional customer service
  • Able to handle customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Experience in retail merchandising
  • Able to lift up to 75lbs frequently
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written
  • Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal or diagram form
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
  • Ability to work with little supervision

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Compensation:

  • $16.50 / hourly
