Key Responsibilities- Operational Management: Review workload and identify potential problems, work with customers to resolve billing conflicts, and ensure that repairs and preps are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of technicians to ensure safe and efficient repairs/prep processes, coordinate training efforts, and promote the development of technicians.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, and work with customers to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a service department, with a strong background in operations management and team leadership.
- Skills: Familiarity with all forms of shop tooling, knowledge of DBS system, and ability to work in a typical, physical work environment.
