Job Summary:

Job Specifications:

  • Outlet: The Arrabelle Club - Lionshead Village
  • Expected Pay: $22.00 / hour
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time & Part Time, including Weekends and Holidays
  • Skill Level: Entry

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish connections with guests and coworkers.
  • Share enthusiasm for the mountains during service.
  • Adhere to leadership guidelines as outlined in daily pre-shift meetings.
  • Prepare beverage stations and food displays, manage cash registers, greet guests, and clear tables.
  • Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout the day and at the end of shifts.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • No prior experience is necessary; we will provide all essential training to ensure safe job execution.
  • A willingness to learn and develop.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

A Restaurant Crew team member is a versatile employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the overall resort operations, which may include:

  • Mountain Activities
  • Retail Rental Operations
  • Food and Beverage Support
  • Ticket Sales or Scanning
  • Lift Operations
  • Base Area Operations

The expected pay range is $22.00. This is the anticipated compensation for this position, with individual decisions based on various factors.
