Requirements:

  • 20% Communicating Results - Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical leaders and business customers/partners; Present recommendations in a confident manner in order to influence execution of recommendation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Master's in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Math, Statistics, etc.) is strongly preferred.
  • 1- 2 years of experience in computer science or data science modeling.
  • Knowledgeable in Prescriptive Modeling like Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Recommendation, Search, or NLP.
  • Proficiency in Python or R.
  • Strong knowledge in SQL.
  • Proficient utilizing statistical techniques to identify key insights that help solve business problems.

Work Experience:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.
  • Must be highly motivated, flexible and deadline driven.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong planning and organization skills are required.
  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail skills are required.
  • The ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree In Progress
