Job Summary:

Costco Wholesale Corp is seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team. As a Meat Cutter at Costco, you will be responsible for:

• Cutting, trimming, and preparing raw meat for sale using saws, knives, grinders, and tenderizers.
• Operating and cleaning the meat grinder.
• Cleaning the food preparation area to maintain a safe and healthy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare meat products for sale by cutting, trimming, and portioning.
• Operate meat processing equipment, including saws, knives, and grinders.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure food safety and quality.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet sales and customer service goals.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in meat cutting or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
