ROLE SUMMARY:

We are in search of a driven and experienced Sourcing Strategy Analyst to lead supplier readiness initiatives within our manufacturing operations. This role will serve as the primary sourcing project lead, working closely with various departments such as supplier relations, operations, supply chain, category management, and finance to strategically onboard our supply partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Oversee supplier performance and drive ongoing improvements to ensure site readiness.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the effective execution of projects and sourcing strategies.

- Develop and implement supplier onboarding processes in alignment with manufacturing startup goals.

- Partner with design engineering to support design simplification and address new technology requirements, including leading technical evaluations with suppliers.

- Establish and manage material cost targets for all projects under your purview.

- Build and maintain a robust supplier network while addressing any supplier-related challenges to support manufacturing operations.

- Work in conjunction with sourcing category teams to create bid lists, select suppliers, and ensure readiness for production.

- Become the go-to expert on the Product Development Process as it pertains to sourcing.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field is required.

- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in sourcing, product development, supply chain, or operations.

- Proven project management skills with the ability to develop project plans, manage timelines, allocate resources, and meet project objectives.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently resolve multiple concurrent issues.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams collaboratively.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels.

- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.

- Technical knowledge or prior experience in fenestration products is advantageous.
