Unique Opportunity in In-Home Hospice Care

We are seeking a skilled RN to join our team as an In-Home Hospice Care Specialist. This role offers the chance to provide personalized care to patients in their own homes, making a significant difference in their lives.

About the Position

  • This full-time opportunity is available Monday through Friday with on-call rotation, providing flexibility and work-life balance.
  • You will be responsible for delivering high-quality in-home hospice care to patients in the Southern section of the Twin Cities Metro area.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of experience as a registered nurse within the last five years or recent completion of a company-approved Preceptor Program.

Competitive Compensation Package

Our compensation package includes an annual salary range of $84,905 - $101,233, which reflects the value we place on your expertise and dedication. Additionally, you will enjoy:

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with active licensure in the state of MN.
  • Minimum 12 months of accumulated experience as a registered nurse within the last five years or recent completion of a company-approved Preceptor Program.
  • Possession of CPR certification and ability to travel within the geographic area serviced by our office.
