Job Description:
  • This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing and promoting quality, environment, safety, and health policies within our 24/7 manufacturing operation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of quality, environment, safety, and health policies to ensure consistent application across all shifts.
  • Leadership of a team of 10 with 2 direct reports, driving continuous improvement through process analysis and problem-solving.
  • Maintenance of compliance with industry regulations and enhancement of the company's commitment to a safe and sustainable workplace.
  • Development and implementation of performance indicators to track quality, environment, safety, and health goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, quality, or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of experience in a manufacturing conducting quality, health, and safety audits, developing reports, and process improvements.
  • 3 years of experience in management.
  • Experience with plastic injection molding or similar manufacturing processes.
  • Familiarity with quality standards to follow federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Familiarity with health and safety standards to follow federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Success implementing, auditing, and maintaining standards in quality, health, and safety.
  • Capability to train production line staff in quality assessment practices.
  • Demonstrated success supporting and leading cross-departmental projects.
  • Experience developing and implementing lean methodologies and CI projects.
  • Intermediate skillset in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Communication skills to convey information in reports, meetings, and status reports.
  • Ability to set, manage, and achieve deadlines while still meeting standards.
Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
