• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beers, and wines, with the ability to make recommendations to guests.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
