Our luxurious mountain lodge in the heart of the American West offers a unique blend of adventure and relaxation. Nestled in a verdant mountain valley, our resort is surrounded by some of America's most rugged peaks, celebrated ski runs, and wildlife in nearby Grand Teton National Park.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Mixologist who shares our passion for excellence and infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. The successful candidate will maintain and control a high level of guest service by ensuring consistent and thoughtful service, demonstrated by the staff.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative cocktail creations and menu costings
  • Control par levels and ordering to optimize inventory and minimize waste
  • Handle daily requisitions and implement bar procedures and protocols
  • Coordinate the beverage program between outlets to ensure seamless service
  • Coach and train bartenders to ensure consistency and high-quality service
  • Ensure compliance with state and city alcohol laws and Four Seasons standards of service
  • Working knowledge of the Micros system is essential
  • The ideal candidate will have a confident outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request
  • The position requires continuous standing for up to 8 hours a day and requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in a luxury resort
  • 2-3 years of experience in mixology
  • Fluent English
  • Food and beverage knowledge
  • Strong commitment to service
  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
