About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement detailed treatment plans for each patient, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
  • Communicate and coordinate with patients' physicians to ensure a consistent level of care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans in our electronic medical record (EMR) system.
  • Exercise independent judgment to implement effective treatment combinations and make decisions about patient care.
  • Evaluate and report on patients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Assist administrative staff with billing and reporting inquiries.
  • Comply with federal and state physical therapy regulations, ensuring that patient care meets the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Valid state license to practice physical therapy.
  • Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success.
  • New graduates welcome to apply.
  • Ability to provide physical therapy treatment and patient care according to clinic, state, and federal regulations and professional guidelines.
  • Experience delegating tasks and supervising physical therapist assistants and technicians.
  • Ability to maintain open and ongoing communication with the clinic to ensure that patient, staff, and clinic needs are met.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a health-related field and a Graduate/Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
