We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Maintenance Automation Platform (MAP) team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable business insights, working closely with Product Managers to develop data visualizations and build automation solutions that enhance decision-making and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use data analysis and business acumen to solve complex problems and drive decision-making within projects.
  • Work with Product Managers and stakeholders to understand difficult problems and propose outputs that meet business needs, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Contribute to the team's business strategy by leveraging deep business expertise and building flexible solutions.
  • Proactively monitor metrics to maintain awareness of business performance and acquire relevant multi-domain knowledge.
  • Identify what needs to be repeatable versus one-time and solve accordingly.
Requirements
  • Experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.
  • Experience in Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Experience in business or financial analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.
  • Experience with Excel and SQL.
  • Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools.
  • Experience partnering with executive-level leaders to identify and solve business issues.
  • Experience in customer segmentation, customer behavior analysis, conjoint/trade-off modeling.
  • Experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
