- Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and workflows to support efficient and robust manufacturing and supply programs.
- Regulatory Compliance: Provide up-to-date guidance on relevant laws and regulations, monitoring changes and ensuring compliance.
- Business Development: Contribute ideas and insights on how Impossible Foods can work within the law to create innovative product experiences for customers and consumers.
- General Transactions: Assist with general transactions and other commercial legal matters as needed.
- Education: J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school, admission to practice law in a U.S. state.
- Experience: 7 years or more of combined relevant experience in law firms, governmental agencies, and/or in-house legal departments.
- Manufacturing and Supply Chain Experience: Prior experience working with manufacturing, supply chain, and co-manufacturing is strongly preferred.
- International Experience: Experience working in international environments.
- Commercial Negotiation Skills: Excellent commercial negotiation and drafting skills.
- Business Acumen: Sound and practical business judgment.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $160,000 - $234,300 per year, plus equity, benefits, and a bonus for sales incentive plan roles. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
