We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our growing litigation group at LHH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation, excellent research and writing skills, and a proven track record of success in the courtroom.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including complex cases and sophisticated disputes.
  • Conduct fact investigation, legal research, and drafting discovery, as well as preparing pleadings and participating in mediations.
  • Develop and grow the firm's litigation group through networking and client development.
  • Represent the firm in court for motions and pre-hearing proceedings.
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to the Illinois state bar.
  • 6+ years of commercial litigation experience.
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Strong business development skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
