Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Licensed Social Worker LSW/LAC to join our clinical team in New Jersey. As an integral member of our team, you will work closely with experienced clinicians and clinical supervisors to deliver evidence-based care to children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children, parents, and families (12 hours/week)
  • Conduct thorough clinical intakes and review progress measures
  • Participate in regular 1:1 meetings with supervisor and group supervision
  • Utilize our innovative platform to develop and monitor treatment plans and client progress
  • Assist in translating the latest clinical best practices into actionable and feasible engaging clinical content
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and pertinent data in our electronic health record system
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to continuously improve our programs and services
  • Provide valuable feedback and insights to our product and design teams
  • Contribute to the growth and success of Manatee by sharing your expertise and passion
Requirements
  • Passion for working with children and families
  • At least 2 years of experience providing therapy to children and families
  • Excellent clinical skills and experience providing evidence-based therapies
  • Availability to meet with kids and families in the afternoons or weekends, 3-5 days a week
