About the Job

  • This is a full-time position that requires a bachelor's degree in nursing as granted by an accredited school of nursing and at least 1 year of experience as a registered nurse or recent graduate with prior experience as an IV Certified LVN/LPN.
  • You will work under the direct supervision of a designated supervisor and be responsible for coordinating and providing direct patient care in the home or alternate treatment site.
  • Your primary responsibilities will include modifying plan of treatment in response to changing patient status or physician orders; preparing clinical documentation in real-time during visits; and submitting it to the nursing department to comply with established timelines for billing optimization.
  • You will also be responsible for demonstrating compliance with agency operations, Option Care's policies and procedures, professional standards, local, state, federal regulations/guidelines, and accreditation standards.
  • Effective communication with the clinical team, medical providers, patients, and families/caregivers is essential to facilitate continuity of care.
