We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to partner with patients on their journey to regain mobility and enhance their overall functionality. The Outpatient Physical Therapist will focus on improving quality of life and movement capabilities through various aspects of health promotion, prevention, assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical status, medical background, and treatment objectives.
  • Create individualized treatment strategies tailored to patient requirements, incorporating exercises, stretches, and therapeutic modalities.
  • Track patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families on exercise regimens, injury prevention, and self-management techniques.
  • Maintain precise and current patient documentation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and methodologies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure in Washington as a Physical Therapist.
  • In-depth understanding of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
  • Preferred experience in outpatient physical therapy settings.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Welcoming new graduates.
