Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health Rehabilitation Hospital. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries or illnesses and regain their independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans to improve their functional abilities

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes

Conduct thorough evaluations and reassessments to monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:

Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Washington

Previous experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a rehabilitation setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Current CPR/BLS certification
