Job Title: Registered Nurse

Aspire Nursing and Rehab of Sutherland is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to meet the unique needs of our patients.
  • Collaborate with the Unit Director to ensure the smooth operation of the unit and provide leadership as needed.
  • Supervise and orient nursing personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent patient care.
  • Assume responsibilities of a leadership role as needed to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved school for Registered Nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
  • Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing is preferred.
