About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Director to lead our Hospital's Stroke Program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Neurology and experience in patient care.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $400,000 - $500,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full scope of patient care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and coordination of care.
  • Serve as clinical leader of the interdisciplinary team managing inpatients with stroke symptoms.
  • Utilize evidence-based diagnosis and treatment guidelines to provide high-quality care.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree.
  • Graduate of accredited Residency Program.
  • Board certification or board eligibility in Neurology, Neurosurgery, Interventional Neuro-Radiology, Vascular Neurology, or Neuro-Critical Care.
  • New York State Department of Health Certificate of Qualification and New York State Licensed Physician.
