We seek an experienced and dedicated Primary Care Provider to join our team at Hickory. This full-time role requires an individual who is passionate about delivering patient-centered care, possesses strong clinical skills, and is committed to ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnostic and Therapeutic Procedures: Determine diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, assess patient health status, and provide acute and chronic patient care, including taking histories, performing physicals, and administering medications.
  • Collaboration and Consultation: Collaborate with healthcare professionals, consult with other staff as necessary, and ensure seamless communication among team members.
  • Patient Education and Support: Educate patients and families on their conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques, and provide emotional support throughout the care process.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Document patient information accurately and efficiently, maintain department statistics, and ensure timely reporting.

Compensation and Benefits:

Our company offers a generous compensation package, including a salary range of $115,000 - $145,000 per year, based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits program that includes paid time off, retirement savings, and continuing education opportunities.
