Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with a friendly and approachable attitude upon their arrival.
  • Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Provide detailed information regarding hotel amenities, services, and nearby attractions.
  • Accompany guests to their accommodations, explaining room features and hotel facilities.
  • Deliver messages, packages, and other items directly to guest rooms.
  • Arrange transportation for guests as needed.
  • Keep the lobby area tidy and organized.
  • Anticipate and address guests' needs to guarantee a pleasant stay.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Guest Services or Bell roles is preferred.
  • A valid CDL license is required where applicable.
  • Knowledge of the local area and attractions is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
