Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance to uphold equipment functionality.
- Assist in the setup and repair of various tools and machinery.
- Provide on-demand service support and manage work order requests for both wet and dry processing in cleanroom environments.
- Maintain comprehensive records of preventive maintenance, work orders, tool calibration, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform necessary repairs on toolset-related components as required.
- Participate in waste and recyclable material collection initiatives.
- Ensure the maintenance of facilities to support a safe and clean working environment.
- Help develop and manage documentation for spare parts and preventive maintenance protocols.
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for maintenance of purchased equipment.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a maintenance or related role.
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting is essential.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and adjusting machine programs.
- Experience in Class 7 or Class 8 cleanroom environments is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. from floor to waist.
- Skilled in servicing electrical, mechanical, and plumbing aspects of manufacturing equipment.
- Prior training or certification in forklift operation, OSHA standards, and hazardous materials safety is advantageous.
- Willingness to work in high-noise environments as necessary.
Preferred Education:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Vocational or technical education is preferred.
Training Requirements:
- On-the-job training will be provided as needed.
