JOB TITLE: Cardiac Monitor Technician

COMPANY: Surgery Partners

POSITION SUMMARY:

Support registered nurses in observing patient cardiac rhythms and promptly report any variations. Collaborate with certified nursing assistants to ensure comprehensive patient care throughout their stay.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Successful completion of a basic dysrhythmia examination with a minimum score of 90%
  • At least one year of experience in a critical care environment
  • CNA certification is preferred
  • ACLS and PALS certifications are advantageous

SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Proficient keyboarding skills
  • Able to build and maintain positive relationships with healthcare staff
