Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Workstation Performance Analysis Expert to join our team in Raleigh, NC. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing workstation performance on our ThinkStation and ThinkPad P-series products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance test plans to ensure optimal system performance
  • Analyze and review benchmark results to identify performance issues related to hardware, thermal, power, and/or software/driver/firmware issues
  • Troubleshoot performance issues and implement fixes
  • Present data in an understandable way to our sales team and customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and reduce power consumption
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years experience in computer performance analysis and optimization
  • Experience in computer architecture, Windows and/or Linux operating systems, BIOS, device drivers
