We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Preschool Teacher at the Primrose School at Bedford Hills.

About the Role

This is a full-time, year-round position that involves working with children aged 36-48 months in a safe and loving environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing structured fun, learning activities and active play, as well as maintaining a beautiful and well-kept classroom.

Responsibilities
  • Build genuine relationships with young children and families in a safe and loving environment.
  • Work collaboratively with your co-teacher to provide a high-quality learning experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence.
  • Discover and implement effective teaching strategies to meet the needs of each child.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a childcare center or teaching environment is preferred.
  • Ability to lift infants into and out of a crib is required for Infant and Young Toddler classrooms.
